Thoroughly impressed with the team at Hickox Auto! My husband and I were looking for a family car, and we found this location to have a good selection at reasonable prices. This being the first car we’ve bought from a dealer, I was worried the sales team may be pushy; Tim and Jennifer, however, were kind, prompt, patient with my questions, and knowledgeable regarding the model we were looking into. I test drove one afternoon and was able to easily complete the buying process the next day. Very happy with our experience!

"Before meeting the people I stopped and prayed over the truck on the weekend, asking God to bless me and my family. Then I went Monday morning and asked about the truck and they answered to the best of their knowledge. The cool thing was the worship music playing and the friendly attitudes. Hickox Auto Dealer is by far the most honest and best dealership I have ever been to. I have purchased over 10 vehicles from several different dealerships in my life with 3 of them being new from I95 Toyota. This was by far the simplest purchase I have ever made. Miss Jennifer came out spoke with me and told me all about the truck and left me alone to look over the truck and make a decision on my own. She was very nice and knowledgeable. No pressure, no hassle, stress free. I came in on a Friday to look a one truck and ended up buying a different one then I came for. And couldn’t be happier. But wasn’t able to make the purchase on Friday because I came in late and my credit union was closed. But Mr Tim personally met me at the dealership Saturday morning (on his day off, and took time from his family plans for the day) to help me finalize the deal. And sent me home in the truck of my dreams. I have been to so many car lots and been hassled so many times that this was the only part I dreaded about buying another vehicle. But none of that mess here. If I ever buy another vehicle for my wife, kids or myself then I will definitely be coming back to Hickox Auto Dealer every time. If you are in the market for a different vehicle for whoever it may be or just wanting to browse without all the hassle and all day event please give this place a chance. Tim King and the sales team are great. From the time you walk in the door. Everyone is very helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they went above and beyond to put me in the truck I wanted. They help me find the perfect vehicle that I was wanting. Me and my family are overwhelming happy with our new to us truck. I highly recommend to anyone who is interested in a vehicle to check them out.
